Cancellations within 3 days/no shows Low Season: 1 night penalty
Cancellations within 7 days or no shows High Season: 3 night penalty
Christmas New Years: Full payment is required to secure the reservation, refundable only
if cancellation notice received by Onestop 30 days prior to check-in.

Superior and Deluxe Rooms:
These 500 square foot rooms offer king or two double beds,
private, furnished terrace, kitchenette and bath or shower.
Superior rooms have garden view and are located further from the beach.
Deluxe rooms are located nearer the beach or may have partial ocean views.

All rooms contain:

* pool chairs and umbrellas
* beach towels

* personal safe
* fully equipped kitchenette (stove top burners, electric coffee pot,

Superior and Deluxe Suites:
All contain spacious living room and bedroom area with king size bed and full size pull-out sofa
bed plus fully equipped kitchen, private and furnished terrace and bath or shower.
Besides the room amenities above Suites are also equipped with CD Player and full size pull-out sofa.
Deluxe suites have large dining and living room area with full size pull-out sofa bed,
master bedroom with king size colonial bed plus a fully equipped kitchen, private and furnished
terrace and bath or shower.
