    Studios - 400 sq. feet with King beds, enhanced with mosquito nets, kitchenettes, bathroom with separate toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone with free ATT access, safe, TV, radio/CD player, iron & ironing board and large terrace. All studios with day beds in sitting area.
    Maximum occupancy in Studios: 2 adults + 1 child under 12 yrs.

    Suites - 700 sq. ft. features a separate bedroom with queen or twin beds, enhanced with mosquito net, spacious living room elegantly furnished in modern Caribbean teak furniture, American style kitchen, hand crafted tiled bathroom with walk in shower, 2 sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone with free ATT access, safe, TV, radio/CD player, iron & ironing board and large terrace overlooking Orient Bay.

    Each villa is comprised of a 1 bedroom villa with a studio on each side. They can be rented separately, as they all have separate entrances, balconies and kitchenettes or kitchen.
    A 1 bedroom suite plus studio makes a two bedroom suite.
    A 1 bedroom suite and 2 studios combines as a 3 bedroom unit.
    Maximum occupancy in studio: 2 adults + 1 child uner 12 yrs.
    1 bedroom suite: 2 adults and 2 children under 18 yrs.
    2 bedroom suite: 4 adults + 2 children
    3 bedroom suite: 6 adults + 2 children under 18 yrs.

    * All villas are tastefully decorated. Upper level villas command a premium, as they have been completely redecorated with new colour scheme and pastel fabrics and new features include flat screen televisions and rain shower fixtures.
