CANCELLATION POLICY:
Summer - within 14 nights: 2 nights penalty
Winter - within 21 nights: 3 nights penalty
Christmas/New Years (Dec. 20 to Jan. 3) - within 45 days: 50% of booking
Between 7 and 1 night - Winter: 50% ; Summer: 2 nights penalty
No Shows - Summer: 2 nights; Winter: 50%; Xmas/New Years: 100%
